Kendra Berardi is a member of Robinson+Cole’s Business Litigation Group with experience in many aspects of the Massachusetts appeals process, including identifying and strategizing about likely issues for appeal, drafting appellate briefs for both the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court, and preparing petitions for interlocutory review.
